STEP 2
REMOVE PRESERVATION KIT CONTENTS

Place kit contents on a flat surface and stack the contents as follows, from bottom to top.

STEP 3
WRAP EVERYTHING UP

Make a knot at one end of the string. Place in the indention to secure. Wrap string around the middle, horizontally then vertically. Knot finishing end of string. Secure in the closest indentation.

Note: For thicker flowers, use holding clips in opposite corners of drying boards to stabilize prior to wrapping.

Once wrapped, remove holding clips prior to microwaving.

STEP 4
DRY YOUR FLOWERS

Place wrapped up drying boards in the microwave. Set microwave using the drying time increments below:
Bulb-like Flowers: 30 seconds on 1st cycle then 20 seconds on each cycle after until desired outcome.
Petal Flowers: 20 seconds on 1st cycle then 15 seconds on each cycle after until desired outcome.
Delicate Flowers: 15 seconds on 1st cycle then 10 seconds on each cycle after until desired outcome.

Continue with the recommended drying time increments until the flower is nearly dry.
Unwrap and check on how the flower is drying after each cycle. This also helps to release any trapped steam.

Note: Between cycles, use tweezers to manipulate petals as desired to avoid damage from mishandling.
CAUTION: Boards and string may be hot after microwaving. Use tweezers or oven mitts to remove with
caution. Avoid unwrapping boards direclty in front of face or direct skin in case of any trapped steam.

STEP 5
SPRAY ON THE SHINE

Make sure your flower is almost completely dry.

Use the Finishing Mist on the front and back of the dried flower.

Let dry then repeat as needed, ensuring flowers are completely dry before placing into any albums.

Note: Drying time may vary based on drying increments in the microwave and room temperature.
